Bed Frames
Because it is such a large feature, the bed often determines the layout for the rest of the van. We fabricate a few different bed styles and each one has a conversion option. The bed styles each focus on a different function; some may be directed towards storage space, while others offer extra seating or a second sleeping space.
PaRts
With limited space, the bed in each van is generally used for multiple things. We have designed five bed styles to use the space in different ways. To keep space in the van as efficient as possible, each bed style is designed to be placed in a specific part of the van with access to storage or seating room.
Frame: Aluminum frames are used as the main support for these beds and HAVE THE OPTION OF powder coatING
Slats: Bed Slats are made from sANDED AND sEALED signature hardwood chosen by each customer
Mattress: the bed cushions are custom made from 4” foam to fit each bed style (VARIOUS FIRMNESSES OFFERED)
STYLES
Bunk
Perfect for sleeping a family, or friends on a weekend adventure. Our custom bunk bed provides seating during the day with two full size beds at night. The rear of the bottom panel slides in for extra storage in the back of the van. The top panel folds down for comfortable seating in the front.
Signature
This bed converts the front of the van into an alternate seating area while not being used as a full bed. The frame folds down to utilize a bottom seat, made from the wheel wells below it. This provides perfect front facing seating during the day and a large bed at night.
Cantle
This bed can fold up from the middle to open van space while the bed is not in use. Each side moves individually for the option to use one half as a bed and the other half can be lifted for more storage inside the van. This design is best for adding storage for large items inside the van; such as kayaks or dirt bikes.
Gaucho
The gaucho bed utilizes an entirely wood frame. It is easily converted from bench to bed by pulling the front lever out and folding the back down like a futon. The Double Gaucho offers a full bed that converts into two facing couches, while the Single Gaucho provides a smaller bed with the conversion for one couch in the front of the van.
